Recommended Safety Systems

Safety Photocells

Safety photocells use infrared light to function as a transmitter and receiver system. The transmitter and receiver are placed opposite each other so that they can detect the beam.

When the light beam is interrupted by an obstacle, an alarm signal is triggered.

Both wired and wireless connection options are available. Photocells can be mounted inside or outside the guide rails.

Note: Extreme weather conditions such as rain or fog may reduce the range of photocells.

Light Curtain

A light curtain is one of the most reliable safety solutions for rolling doors. It consists of a transmitter and a receiver that create a protective light barrier.

The system can also be installed inside the guide rails. It provides high safety levels, especially for doors with higher closing speeds.

Control Options

Transmitter

2-channel and 4-channel 433 MHz rolling code transmitters are available.

Push Button

Push buttons control the opening and closing of the roller shutter. An emergency stop button can also be added. Versions with 2 or 3 buttons are available.

Key Switch

Key switches provide a safe and secure way for authorised users to operate the door. Both surface-mounted and flush-mounted versions are available.
