Access Control
Control Panels
Keypenk provides various control panels for different installation needs — from single-phase 220V units for standard commercial shutters to three-phase control boards for heavy industrial systems.
Advanced versions such as Wi-Fi controlled units allow remote operation through mobile applications and building automation networks.
Optional 60 Hz frequency versions are available for international installations, including the Middle East, North America, and regions using non-standard power grids.
Hand Transmitters
Compact and reliable radio transmitters are available in 2- or 4-channel rolling-code models for single door operation, and 12- or 99-channel transmitters for managing multiple shutters from a single remote.
Rolling-code encryption ensures secure communication and prevents signal duplication.
Wall-Mounted Controllers
Available as key switches, push buttons, or wireless wall transmitters, these provide convenient manual operation for both internal and external locations.
For industrial applications, heavy-duty push buttons with emergency stop or touch-password panels (DGS type) can be installed for added safety and access control.
Safety Devices
Safety Beam Sensors
Available in wired and wireless configurations, safety beams detect obstacles in the closing path and stop or reverse the shutter immediately.
Models include standard beam pairs, dual-beam systems, and 180° adjustable versions for flexible mounting and alignment in complex doorways.
Light Curtains
Light curtain systems form a dense grid of invisible infrared beams along the door’s opening height.
They provide full-edge detection for personnel and vehicles, ensuring maximum protection during automatic operation.
Options include metal-bodied units for industrial doors and plastic-bodied versions for compact installations.
Safety Edges
Safety edges ensure safe contact detection at the bottom of the shutter.
Available in wireless resistive systems (GKS series) or optical edge sensors, they provide real-time signal transmission to stop motion if resistance or obstruction is detected.
Wireless versions eliminate cable wear and simplify retrofitting.
Maneuver Signaling
Visual and audible signaling devices enhance operational safety by indicating motion, warning pedestrians, or controlling vehicle flow.
Standard flashing lamps and lamps with integrated buzzers (SFL) can be mounted near entrances.
Traffic light sets display clear red-green indicators to coordinate entry and exit at logistics zones or shared access points.
Vehicle Detection Systems
Surface sensors detect approaching vehicles and automatically trigger the door cycle. Compact and easy to install, these systems communicate wirelessly with the main control unit, minimizing ground work.
Inground sensors are embedded in the pavement and detect magnetic field disturbances caused by vehicles. They offer precise activation for high-traffic industrial sites or automated parking areas.
Motion & Presence Sensors
Motion Sensor detects human or vehicle movement near the door opening and triggers the automatic opening cycle. Commonly installed at entrances with frequent pedestrian activity.
Radar Motion Detector uses microwave technology to detect motion direction and speed, distinguishing between pedestrians and vehicles for selective activation. Suitable for fast-moving traffic zones or automatic logistics entrances.
