Panel Construction
Sectional doors are made from insulated steel sandwich panels filled with polyurethane foam, usually 40–60 mm thick. They deliver both strength and excellent thermal insulation.
Size Limits
Doors can be manufactured up to 10 m wide and 6 m high. Their vertical or horizontal track systems make them adaptable to many building layouts.
Insulation
With U-values between 0.5–1.0 W/m²K, they are ideal for energy-conscious buildings. They help maintain stable interior conditions while reducing heating and cooling costs.
Surface & Finish
Panels are available with ribbed, micro-ribbed, or smooth finishes. Standard RAL colors are offered, with optional custom powder coating.
Operation
They can be operated manually for small openings, or motorized with torsion spring balancing for industrial use.
