Le moteur est install\u00e9 au centre de l\u2019axe, ce qui \u00e9vite la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019un espace suppl\u00e9mentaire pour le moteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me de ressort d\u2019\u00e9quilibrage, l\u2019axe peut \u00eatre <strong>actionn\u00e9 manuellement et facilement en cas de coupure de courant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9brayage peut \u00eatre situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur ou \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du moteur avec un bo\u00eetier de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Ce m\u00e9canisme lib\u00e8re compl\u00e8tement le moteur et permet l\u2019utilisation manuelle du rideau en cas de panne d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces moteurs peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s uniquement avec des portes <strong>jusqu\u2019\u00e0 350 kg<\/strong>. Le syst\u00e8me de ressort d\u2019\u00e9quilibrage est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9 pour des portes <strong>ne d\u00e9passant pas 20 m\u00b2<\/strong>, ce qui rend ces moteurs peu adapt\u00e9s
