The door shaft is driven through a chain transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main advantages of this motor type is its <strong>cost effectiveness<\/strong>. A wide range of drive torques is available and these motors can lift doors weighing up to <strong>1,800 kg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These drives are not suitable for frequent cycles because the motor speed values are designed for <strong>minimal daily cycles<\/strong> with slower opening and closing speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The motors can be combined with a suitable safety catch device with an integrated anti-drop system.
