Central motors are commonly used for metal curtains or grilles equipped with a balancing spring system<\/strong>. The motor is installed at the center of the shaft, which eliminates the need for additional motor installation space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the spring balancing system, the shaft can be easily operated manually during a power blackout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The declutching system may be located inside or outside the motor with a safebox. This mechanism releases the motor completely, allowing the curtain to be operated manually and effortlessly in case of power failure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These motors can only be used with doors up to 350 kg<\/strong>. The spring balancing system is typically used for doors not larger than 20 m\u00b2<\/strong>, which makes these motors unsuitable for frequent usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
